Medscan, a Moscow-based subsidiary of RUSSING group, is in an advanced stage of investment into the initial phase of medical diagnostic and radiotherapy treatment centres in the Russian Federation.
RUSSING via its affiliates also controls a privately owned health care provider in Russia with a wide range of treatment and diagnostic centre services and professional staff exceeding 300.
RUSSING MED and AAMG may consider and offer co-investment opportunities to other external investors for these initiatives. AARO will collaborate with the company by providing management services and an overview of clinical operations.
